How Your Computer and Your Eyes Can Have a Great Relationship


Since the computer's introduction into our daily living, our reliance on the mechanism is almost vital, for both work and play. On average, people spend 28-42 hours on the computer weekly; this is about a quarter of one's weekly life time spent browsing and conducting on the device. So of course, with all this constant demand of our time, computers can take a toll on one's body, especially on the eyes.
